Finance Transformation Programme Director - Interim (Outside IR35)
Contract Length - 12-18 months
Hybrid working style with Ealing as office location

Here at A2Dominion we are seeking a Finance Transformation Programme Director to deliver a major programme to revamp Finance and Procurement to provide more value to the business through greater effectiveness and efficiency.
You'll be designing, leading and delivering the transformation roadmap rebuilding processes, systems, and controls to deliver the vision for the two functions and creating streamlined, insight driven teams driving outcomes through structure, influence and pace.
You'll define and embed new ways of working across record-to-report, purchase-to-pay and forecasting, leveraging systems and automation to create strong business partners.
Core Deliverables

• Lead the design and implementation of the finance transformation roadmap, ensuring delivery against key milestones, benefits and governance standards.
• Redefine core financial processes (Record to Report, Purchase to Pay, Budgeting and Forecasting) to eliminate duplication, reduce manual effort and strengthen control.
• Oversee the implementation and optimisation of financial systems, ensuring integration across Finance, Procurement and wider business platforms.
• Drive the automation and digitisation of processes, embedding technology that improves accuracy, efficiency and reporting timeliness.
• Establish a robust performance and reporting framework including KPIs, dashboards and management information to enable data-driven decisions and accountability.
• Introduce a sustainable operating model, clarifying responsibilities, workflows and service levels across Finance and Procurement.
• Partner with the CFO and senior leadership to embed a culture of commercial insight and proactive business partnering, and establish a clear framework and effective ways of working between BAU and continuous improvement in the operational teams and the transformation programme to accelerate the overall change journey
• Deliver a clear transition and handover plan to ensure enduring capability and ownership post-programme.

Profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with a track record delivering end-to-end finance transformation programmes.
• Significant programme delivery experience within complex, regulated or multi-entity environments.
• Strong grasp of operating model design, process reengineering and digital finance.
• Comfortable leading through influence, able to align senior stakeholders and maintain pace.
• Commercially sharp, pragmatic, and results-driven
