The role of Finance Transformation Programme Lead - Wealth Management in the Financial Services industry requires expertise in leading and delivering complex transformation projects. Based in London, this temporary position focuses on driving change within the Wealth Management sector.
Finance Transformation Programme Lead - Wealth Management responsibilities:

• Lead the finance transformation programme within the Wealth Management sector.
• Lead the finance system replatforming and migration between 2 entities following a major acquisition.
• Understanding of finance feeds and how the data flows through the system.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve financial processes and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of changes.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
• Monitor project workstream progress and address any challenges effectively.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Communicate programme updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Support the delivery of a robust and efficient finance operating model.

A successful Finance Transformation Programme Lead - Wealth Management should have:

• Proven experience in managing finance transformation projects within the Financial Services industry with a strong preference to Wealth Management.
• Strong understanding of Wealth Management processes and practices.
• Excellent project/programme management and leadership skills.
• Understanding of finance feeds and how the data flows.
• Must have strong finance transformation experience ideally within Wealth Management.
• Ideal candidates will have come from a finance background before moving into transformation.
• Knowledge of financial systems and process improvement methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• A professional qualification in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
