We are looking for a flexible and organised individual to join our team as a
Finance & Warehouse Coordinator
. This is a varied role that combines finance administration with warehouse and stock control responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounts
Support the bookkeeper with day-to-day accounting tasks.
Manage purchase and sales ledgers.
Perform credit card and bank reconciliations.
Assist with VAT preparation.
Use Xero for accounting tasks (experience preferred).
Stock Control & Warehouse
Manage incoming stock and deliveries, liaising with forwarders and couriers.
Monitor and reconcile stock levels (Zedonk experience is a plus).
Assist with picking and packing orders when required.
Help maintain an organised and efficient warehouse.
Customer Care
Handle customer care and email queries professionally and promptly.
What We're Looking For
Experience in accounting tasks, preferably with Xero.
Knowledge of stock management systems and e-commerce/wholesale operations.
Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive approach.
Excellent communication skills for dealing with customers and internal teams.
