Pure Renewables Commercial Ltd is looking for a motivated and organised individual to join their growing team as a
Finance/Administration Apprentice.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-evolving renewable energy company, gaining hands-on experience and learning from experts in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Finance & Admin Apprentice, you'll be a valued member of the team, providing support to the finance department, office management, and the wider operations and engineering team. This is a varied and rewarding role, ideal for someone looking to build a career in business administration and finance.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Answering finance-related phone calls and emails, managing departmental correspondence
Assisting with accounting tasks such as preparing invoices, collating expenses, and processing supplier invoices
Scheduling appointments and managing the reception area
Ordering office supplies and equipment
Supporting HR systems and processes
Maintaining records for company vehicles (MOT, tax, insurance)
Supporting the technical administrator with operations and engineering admin
Assisting with the Health & Safety reporting tool and dashboards
Helping to coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements
Taking meeting minutes and supporting digital tools like AI transcription software
Performing additional admin or finance tasks as needed
Skills & Knowledge:

The successful candidate will work towards a Level 3 Business Admin Apprenticeship with the appointed provider, HBTC (www.hbtc.co.uk). An Apprenticeship allows you to acquire valuable skills and experience in your chosen sector, which improves your CV and employability when you've finished training. You'll learn in the work environment, developing the practical skills and understanding you need to excel in your role.
