Finance / Payroll Administrator required for busy office on the outskirts of Worthing.
We are currently looking for an AAT qualified Finance / Payroll Administrator to join our team.
You will have bookkeeping & administration experience with an excellent working knowledge of Sage 50 Cloud, Sage Payroll and Excel.
Responsibilities include administering the monthly payroll, posting of Sales Invoices, Credit Control, Banking, Bank reconciliation and producing reports.
A good knowledge of VAT and VAT returns is essential as is maintaining a full and accurate audit trail by filing and referencing documents.
This is a deadline-based role so, at times, flexibility on hours may be required.
Able to take initiative, quick to learn and ambitious - an exciting opportunity for someone with good credit control / bookkeeping experience who is looking for a lively environment within a friendly team.
