We are a growing Fibre Broadband company with 1b of infrastructure assets and we are adding thousands of customers to our network every month.


Bring and support the senior finance team with your expertise in audit, financial reporting, tax reporting, whilst contributing to the monthly delivery of the management accounts and day-to-day journals, primarily on IFRS 16 related financials, balance sheet reconciliations, etc.


This is a role that will provide someone with exposure and visibility to internal senior stakeholders, as well as externally to our Equity and Debt Providers, such as Parent Company, Investors and Lenders / Banks.


Note: this is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week in our Head Office in Abingdon, Oxon.


The role will prepare Group Consolidated Statutory Accounts in compliance with IFRS, UK GAAP and other relevant laws and regulations and will be a main point of contact for external auditors, supporting and handling the audit process.


You will be a newly qualified Accountant, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, and will understand IFRS and Tax Regulations.


Risk Management will also be an area of interest, as the role will involve working with the team to review effectiveness of Risk Management Registers, Frameworks and our Internal Control processes.


The ability to build excellent working relationships and communicate clearly with non-finance teams is key, as is advanced Excel skills and an analytical and problem-solving approach and mindset.
