The role on offer is skilled, hands-on Financial Accountant to join our small and focused team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our finance ledgers, oversight of financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with current accounting regulations. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for financial management.

Responsibilities

- Utilise accounting software (Xero) to manage financial data

- Prepare accounts to Trial Balance stage

- Manage accounts receivable and proactively manage our debtor ledger

- Manage accounts payable processes and ensure timely payments including invoice entry

- Oversight of the Company's sales invoicing

- Control of Company's bank accounts and cash forecasting

- Conduct financial analyses to support decision-making processes

- Sales order procurement

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

- Ownership of Balance Sheet and all financial statements

Requirements

- Proficiency in financial accounting principles and practices

- Experience with Xero accounting software

- Strong knowledge of financial management and services
