About the role
Finance is here to serve our customers who are the senior managers and board of directors of Kirintec. We report on the performance of the business. We strive to be a trusted partner and make sure there are no surprises. We will provide high quality, reliable, timely and accurate information that will support the business with its decision making.
You will be required to:
Undertake all aspects of accounts work.
Consolidate, develop and run both accounting and other processes within the business.
Contribute to other aspects of the internal administration of the company.
Duties will include:
Monitor & ensure the timely creation multi-currency sales invoicing, posting, collection
Oversight Purchase invoice processing, including invoice verification, data entry and payments.
Produce monthly management accounts for multiple entities
Supporting the cash flow forecasting, providing overhead and payroll information
Lead with month-end processing and monthly reviews and reports
VAT processing and reporting
About you
You will:
Have proven experience in a similar role.
Hold a current recognised accounting qualification (ICAEW/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent
Demonstrate high attention to detail, a good communicator, accurate and organised.
Be able to work within a small, flexible and dynamic team
Adopt a high degree of integrity and absolute discretion
Be able to communicate effectively to technical and non-technical international audiences
