• Maintaining financial statements, records, and reports, in compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
• Conducting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Preparing and analysing financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, as well as variance analysis.
• Collaborating with internal teams to provide financial information and support decision-making processes.
• Assisting with audits and ensuring adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing efficient financial procedures.

Requirements for a successful finance accountant:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Financial Accountant, ideally within a multinational company or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
