We're looking for a Financial Accountant to play a key role in our Finance team, delivering accurate reporting and insights that support decision-making across the business. The Finance team is at the heart of our operations, ensuring financial processes run smoothly, compliantly, and with clarity for colleagues and stakeholders alike.

Newly qualified ACA/ACCA (or equivalent), ideally trained in practice Strong technical grounding with sound knowledge of accounting standards and financial controls Confident with Excel and financial systems (NetSuite experience a plus) Exposure to VAT, PAYE and tax compliance advantageous Analytical and detail-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset Clear communicator, able to present financial insights to senior stakeholders Adaptable and hands-on, with a collaborative approach across varied tasks Team player with a growth mindset and a proactive attitude

About The Role

You'll play a key role in delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial information to support decision-making across the business. Working within a small and agile team, you'll gain exposure across all aspects of finance, making this an ideal opportunity to build broad industry experience.

Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts, including journals, accruals and prepayments Own and reconcile key balance sheet accounts, including fixed assets Assist with VAT returns, PAYE compliance, and corporation tax submissions Provide analysis and support to the Finance Manager, Head of Finance, and wider team Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including cash forecasting Liaise with external auditors and ensure statutory compliance Contribute to ad hoc projects, process improvements, and business initiatives Provide cover across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and FP&A when needed
