We're looking for a

Financial Accounting Manager

to join our high-performing Finance function and play a key role in supporting our mission. This is more than just a finance role -- it's an opportunity to contribute to something truly meaningful.


About the Role





Reporting to the Head of Central Finance, you'll lead a small, dedicated team of Accountants and Finance Officers. Together, you'll be responsible for:


Managing primary ledgers and financial controls Producing and reconciling the balance sheet and cash flow Ensuring VAT/Tax compliance and statutory accounts production Overseeing external financial reporting and audit requirements

You'll drive operational excellence and ensure technical compliance, while continuously improving processes and outputs across the team.


What We're Looking For





We're seeking a

qualified accountant

with experience in a complex organisation, who thrives on challenge and is passionate about making a difference. You'll bring:


Proven experience in producing consolidated statutory accounts and managing external audits Strong technical knowledge and the ability to interpret and apply financial legislation A proactive mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and service excellence Outstanding communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders Leadership qualities that inspire and motivate teams to deliver results

This is a busy and rewarding role, and may occasionally require flexibility beyond core hours to meet key deadlines.
