In this role you will play a key role in shaping the financial reporting process, ensuring it is accurate, insightful, and ready to support big decisions. Working closely with the Financial Controller and leadership team, you will be a key member of a dynamic finance function that thrives on collaboration, innovation, and making a real impact. You will :

  • Taking ownership of month-end and year-end reporting,
  • Leading the statutory accounts process and strengthening internal controls.
  • Managing fixed assets and capital expenditure, ensuring projects are tracked and delivered effectively.
  • Handling corporate tax, treasury, and audit responsibilities.
  • Partnering with teams across the business to drive smarter cost control and strategic decisions.
  • Stepping in to support or deputise for the Financial Controller when needed.
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCCA/ACMA) with solid experience in reporting and statutory accounts, confident with the detail but able to see bigger picture. You will be a good communicator who can build relationships with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
