Duties

Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring all needs are met promptly and effectively. Prepare and present financial reports using accounting software Oversee accounts payable processes, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping. Collaborate with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored solutions. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Assist in the development of strategies to enhance client engagement and retention. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements

light experience in account management or a similar role within the finance sector,training will be provided on site Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and best practices. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A proactive approach to problem-solving and client management.
