KMG TRADING & CO LTD is a fast-growing business with a strong presence in both online and offline markets. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Financial Accounts Manager to join our expanding team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing wholesale and retail financial accounts, overseeing credit and payment terms, and strengthening relationships with suppliers, distributors, and clients. This role requires strong financial acumen, risk management skills, and the ability to deliver clear reporting to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee financial accounts across wholesale, retail, and online operations. Establish and monitor credit terms, ensuring timely payments and reducing financial risk. Analyse account performance, identify risks, and provide recommendations to senior management. Negotiate financial terms and contracts with suppliers and partners. Maintain strong relationships with wholesale and retail partners to support long-term collaboration. Prepare regular financial and account reports, highlighting opportunities to improve profitability. Work closely with sales, logistics, and operations teams to ensure effective account management and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years' experience in financial account management, credit control, or client relationship management. Proven background in managing commercial client portfolios or SME accounts (banking, finance, or wholesale/retail sectors). Strong knowledge of financial risk assessment, credit management, and commercial negotiations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage senior stakeholders. Ability to prepare financial performance reports and make actionable recommendations. Degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Location: Hybrid (Office in London) Work Hours: Monday - Friday Salary: Competitive, based on experience
