Job Summary

We at Proacc Associates are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role requires proficiency in accounting software and a solid understanding of accounts payable processes. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' financial needs while contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

Responsibilities

Carries out and/or supervises general accounting and administrative work Develops and manages clients account to provide better quality service. Managing the portfolio of clients across the United Kingdom and overseas, both new and existing. Identify, develop and facilitate, the new business prospects. This includes new portfolio of clients from the acquisitions. Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure of clients. Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close of clients. Manage cloud-based accounting system to ensure effective use and provide further recommendation. Ensure Financial Reporting, PAYE and VAT deadlines are met.

Skills

Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage is essential. Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial management principles. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing client needs. Pay: 34,420.00-45,172.24 per year
