About the Role



We're looking for a detail-driven and proactive Part-Time Financial Administrator to join our growing team at Your IT Department -- one of the leading Managed Service Providers (MSPs) in the East Midlands (and proudly on Channel Evolution's Top 501 MSPs in the World list for 2023!).

You'll support our financial operations by maintaining accurate records, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and providing insightful financial reporting to support decision-making. You'll report directly to our Senior Leadership Team and work closely with our Head of People Development.

What We're Looking For



AAT qualification (required) Strong proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Excel Experience in a recurring revenue business model (MSP, Telecoms, SaaS, or similar) - highly desirable Previous experience in bookkeeping, payroll support, bank reconciliations, and client financial liaison
