Cheval Liberte UK Ltd is a growing company based in Corwen, North Wales. We are looking for a diligent and organised individual to support our finance and office functions. Role & Responsibilities


Within this role you will be responsible for:

Purchase ledger: processing supplier invoices, matching purchase orders, reconciling accounts. Invoice processing: generating, issuing and tracking customer and internal invoices. Credit card balances and receipts: monitoring corporate credit card transactions, securing receipts and reconciling balances. Payments: preparing and executing payments (BACS/other as required), ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Sales ledger: recording sales transactions, managing customer accounts, issuing statements where needed. Credit control: monitoring overdue accounts, chasing payments, liaising with customers to resolve queries. Query management: answering and escalating finance and ledger-related queries from internal stakeholders and customers/suppliers. Assisting with reporting: providing support for monthly/quarterly reporting, data preparation, reconciliations and assisting in ad-hoc finance tasks. General office administration: supporting office systems, document management, filing, and any other general administrative tasks as required.

Required Experience


We are looking for someone who:

Has some previous experience in a finance/ledger role (purchase/sales ledger, invoice processing, payments). Is numerate, with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Is computer literate (comfortable with spreadsheets, financial systems, preferably Xero). Has good organisational and time-management skills and the ability to prioritise. Has strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and is able to deal with internal and external stakeholders. Is proactive, reliable and able to work independently and as part of a small team. Ideally has experience of credit control or customer/supplier account management

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
