We are looking for a highly motivated Financial Analyst to support our strategic decision-making through rigorous financial analysis and insightful reporting. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to contribute directly to our growth story, working with large datasets to uncover key trends and inform critical business strategies. Once established in the role, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our Head of FP&A, gaining invaluable experience and exposure to high-level financial planning.


Duties:




Develop and maintain robust financial models and forecasting tools to predict the future impact of business changes, including new product launches, pricing strategies, and market shifts. Turn large, complex datasets into meaningful, actionable insights, focusing on the monetary implications that drive business decisions. Develop comprehensive financial reports and compelling visual aids using raw data to closely monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track financial health. Provide timely and accurate ad-hoc analysis to support the FP&A team and other business leaders as needed. Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments (e.g., Billing, Marketing, Engineering) to understand their financial impact and provide data-driven recommendations. Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting methodologies.

Required Skills/ Experience:




2+ years of experience in an analytical role A Bachelor's degree/market equivalent in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related quantitative field (desirable) Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Experience with Google BigQuery is ideal, but not a strict requirement. Proven experience in financial forecasting and building sophisticated financial models. Strong analytical, mathematical, and statistical skills with an ability to interpret complex data. Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to identifying discrepancies and finding solutions. Experience using data visualisation tools (e.g., Google Looker, Tableau, Power BI) to create impactful reports and dashboards. Experience with Google Looker is ideal but not a strict requirement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to both finance and non-finance stakeholders. A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team and build strong relationships across the organisation.

Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week


Flexible start time between 08:00 - 09:30

Finish time between 17:00 - 18:30, depending on start time
