An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and detail-oriented
FP&A Analyst
to join a forward-thinking Treasury team. Based in Dorset but offering predominantly remote working, this role is perfect for someone looking to take the next step in financial planning and analysis within a dynamic and supportive environment.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll play a key role in supporting the Treasury Manager and Director of Treasury by contributing to the financial planning function across the group. This includes:
Analysing and interpreting data to support the Group's financial plan
Performing scenario modelling and stress testing
Integrating finance and development data into financial modelling software
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Participating in ad hoc projects as required
Requirements
You're a motivated and methodical individual who ideally is working towards a CCAB accountancy or equivalent treasury qualification. You should be able to demonstrate:
A strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail
A commitment to continuous improvement and driving efficiency
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
