We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical

Finance Analyst

to join our fast-growing e-commerce and software development business. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen and an ability to interpret complex data across multiple business channels, including Amazon, our direct-to-consumer website, and software services. This role involves conducting financial analysis, preparing management reports, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decisions. The Finance Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning that drive sustainable growth

Duties

Conduct financial analysis including cash flow forecasting, profit and loss reviews, and budgeting across e-commerce and software development operations. Prepare detailed financial reports and dashboards using

Microsoft Excel, Xero, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)

. Analyse sales, margins, and product performance across Amazon, own website, and software platforms to identify trends and opportunities. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technology teams to gather data for strategic planning and investment decisions. Build and maintain financial models to support pricing strategies, stock investment, and ROI analysis. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, audit compliance records, and regulatory documentation. Monitor actual performance against budgets/forecasts, highlight variances, and recommend corrective actions. Support ERP/accounting system enhancements and integration with e-commerce platforms to improve reporting accuracy. Provide insights on market and business performance to senior management, supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Experience

Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MSc in Financial Management preferred). Proven experience in financial analysis, business planning, or corporate finance. Proficiency in

Excel

(including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and financial modelling). Familiarity with

Xero

and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, website sales systems) desirable.

Pay: 30,406.83-40,000.00 per year
