Infor is looking for a motivated and tech-curious

Entry-Level Financial Analyst

to join our
team. This role is ideal for someone with basic knowledge of finance who is eager to
learn and grow their skills, especially with technology tools like Python, Alteryx, Power
BI, and other analytics platforms. You will support various finance functions and help
improve business processes using technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with different teams in Finance to understand business needs. Support the billing department by collaborating with internal teams, including our India Billing Team, Sales, Order Entry, Revenue Accounting, and Collections. Help with accounts payable (AP) tasks such as vendor onboarding, vendor payments, and employee expense management, depending on workload and interest. Use technology to help analyse financial data and identify trends or opportunities for improvement. Assist in creating and updating financial reports and models with available tools. Help design simple dashboards and visual reports with Power BI to support decision-making. Monitor important financial metrics and share insights to assist management. Stay open to learning new technology tools and best practices for financial analysis.

Required Qualifications:

Some exposure to finance or accounting. Basic understanding or willingness to learn automation and analytics tools like Power BI, Python, Alteryx, or Power Automate. Strong interest in technology and data-driven solutions. Good analytical thinking and attention to detail. Ability to work well with others in a busy and changing environment. Eagerness to learn new skills and take on new tasks. Good communication skills to collaborate with different teams. Basic knowledge of accounting principles is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to manage time and meet deadlines. Positive, flexible, and proactive attitude. Comfortable working in diverse, multicultural teams.
