Since 2007, Inngot has been changing the way organisations think about the value of intellectual property (IP) and how it can be harnessed, especially for raising finance. Our thought leadership, published research and conference presentations have influenced global economic policy and the commercial strategies of some of the world's most well-known organisations. These unique insights have also made a significant contribution to the introduction and rapid growth of IP-backed lending: alongside our next-generation asset identification and valuation tools, they are now underpinning exciting new financial products that unlock access to finance for innovative, fast-growing, IP-rich companies.

Role

We are now looking to recruit an individual with significant experience in financial analysis and business plan appraisal to join our dynamic, growing head office team. Your main responsibility will be to review financial information provided by our customers and obtained by our specialist research team, and translate these data points into representative, appropriate IP valuation inputs. In doing so, you'll be helping our clients quantify and leverage intangible asset value via licensing, sale, transfer and equity fundraising.

While suitable academic qualifications in finance, accounting and/or business administration are important, what is of more value to us is your experience, a real - and preferably natural - talent for working with numbers, and your attention to detail. Along with this, we require a confident communicator who is equally at home producing written business-to-business communications, as they are verbally explaining difficult concepts to our customers, who (for the most part) are successful entrepreneurs and company owners, at different stages of their business journey.

Based in our Swansea head office with opportunities for hybrid working, you'll be part of our analytics team, helping to grow our consulting activities and develop our platform. This is a career opportunity that would be particularly suited, for example, to someone with at least a couple of years post-qualification experience, or who is returning to work following time out to look after a family.
