Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM,

6 month Fixed Term



25,459 per annum plus amazing benefits package included

Financial Audit Coordinator

! In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the operational delivery of the Financial Assurance Team within

Xyla Healthcare Services

. Your work will help maintain high-quality service standards for our customers by providing essential administrative and audit support across the department.

About the Role




In this role, you will:

Support Senior Financial Assurance Coordinators and Finance Audit Managers in delivering compliance and service excellence. Complete general administrative tasks, including responding to telephone and email enquiries. Process invoices and domiciliary updates accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain and update data within internal systems to ensure accuracy and integrity. Conduct monthly telephone audits with care providers and families to monitor care quality and escalate any concerns.

Experience We're Looking For



Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data management and reporting. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
