The Financial Business Partner role in the not-for-profit sector involves providing insightful financial analysis and support to aid decision-making within the organisation. • Deliver financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with department leaders to provide budgeting and forecasting insights.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory standards.

• Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports.

Financial Business Partner required immediately for a 3 month rolling contract.Hybrid working.
A successful Financial Business Partner should have:

• A strong background in accounting and finance, preferably in the not-for-profit sector.
• Professional accounting qualifications or equivalent education.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving financial issues.
• Ability to effectively speak and read Arabic
