We are currently seeking a Financial Client Success Team Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our global clients -- responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and one-call resolutions to account-specific inquiries.  
This is not a scripted support role -- it requires active listening, strong problem-solving, and a deep understanding of our financial products and platforms to deliver end-to-end support.
Primary responsibilities (not limited to)
Lead, support, and develop a high-performing client-facing team by providing coaching, performance feedback, and ensuring operational targets and service standards are consistently met.
Provide exceptional client service by resolving account-specific issues efficiently, often within a single interaction.
Manage inquiries across multiple channels (calls, emails, chat) in a professional and client-focused manner.
Execute account-related transactions and tasks with accuracy and compliance.
Guide clients on the use of financial products, such as CFDs, Listed Stocks, and Crypto wallets.
Ensure all client interactions comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Requirements
2-3 years of customer service experience within the financial industry, preferably at a stock broker, futures broker, asset management firm, CFD broker, or cryptocurrency exchange
Solid understanding of financial products such as Stocks, Futures, CFDs or Crypto
Ability to analyze team performance metrics and implement improvements
Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy
Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Office
Fluency in English
Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field

Working Hours: 40/week, Monday-Friday. Hybrid: 3 days in-office.
