Weald Signs Limited is a growing signage and print company based in Tunbridge Wells. We are now looking for a qualified and experienced Financial Controller or Accountant to manage our finance function in-house.

This is a part-time role, working 1 day per week (8 hours). You'll take ownership of our day-to-day financial operations and support our business as we grow. The role is expected to expand over time.

Responsibilities

Produce monthly management accounts and reports Manage accounts payable and receivable Chase outstanding invoices and manage cash flow Process monthly payroll Reconcile accounts and maintain financial records Use QuickBooks and Apron software to manage finances Support budgeting and forecasting as needed

Requirements

Qualified accountant or finance professional Strong experience managing small business finances independently Confident using QuickBooks and Apron (essential) Highly organised and commercially aware Able to work independently, report to the Director, and manage deadlines Right to work in the UK Must be able to work on-site one consistent day per week in Tunbridge Wells
