- Construction experience (desirable)
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Available at short notice
- Ability to liaise closely with non-finance staff
- Preparing monthly management accounts
- Producing the budgets and forecasts
- Preparing the annual statutory accounts managing the year-end audit process
- Managing cashflow and reporting to group
- Create and monitor weekly KPI's
- Work closely with the SLT to understand key business drivers and provide a financial perspective on risks and opportunities
- Mentor finance team
