Financial Controller - High-End Restaurant Group

We're a growing, high-end hospitality group with two standout London venues: the award-winning

'Prince Arthur'

in Belgravia and the newly opened

'Arthurs Market'

in Chelsea. We are a young passionate group with ambitious plans, and to help us achieve that growth we're now looking for a hands-on Financial Controller to take ownership of the finance function, working directly with the company shareholders to ensure the financial health and growth of the business.

From managing day-to-day operations like budgeting, cash flow, and reporting, to building smart financial systems that scale as we grow. This is a hands-on Financial Controller role, is suited to someone who loves being close to the numbers, the people, and the operation. You'll play a key part in influencing strategy, ensuring financial health, and supporting the next chapter of our story.

Responsible For:

Managing supplier invoicing, payments, and cashflow. Producing clear financial reports for the shareholders. Monitoring stock and GP margins with precision. Ensuring compliance with UK hospitality finance rules. Advising on cashflow, margins, and growth strategy.

You'll Bring:

Experience as a Financial Controller (or similar) in hospitality. Deep knowledge of tronc, stock control, and seasonal cashflow. Excellent understanding of financial controls, accounting principles, and UK compliance. A hands-on attitude. The confidence to work directly with shareholders.

Additional Information:

This is a senior, hands-on role in a lean team. Some travel between sites may be required. Working hours may occasionally include evenings or weekends during month-end or key operational periods.
