The successful candidate will lead the finance team, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting, and effective cashflow management, whilst also identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and strengthen processes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the finance team, creating a collaborative and high-performance culture
Maintain strong financial controls, ensuring compliance across all entities
Deliver timely and accurate monthly reporting, including P&L and variance analysis
Oversee cashflow forecasting, banking relationships, and funding arrangements
Manage intercompany reconciliations, revenue reconciliations, and balance sheet reviews
Supervise VAT returns, corporation tax compliance, and year-end audit preparation
Drive continuous improvement by refining finance processes and systems
Support special projects and ad hoc reviews as required by senior leadership
What We're Looking For
Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
Strong technical accounting expertise
Experience leading and developing a finance team
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Analytical with a high attention to detail
Confident communicator, able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused, with a continuous improvement mindset
