The Opportunity:

As Financial Controller, you hold the reins to sculpting the financial journey support by an experienced CFO. You\xe2\x80\x99ll collaborate with the senior leadership team to drive transformative change and improvements. Your influence will extend far beyond the balance sheets; you\'ll be instrumental in shaping an environment that not only impacts the company\'s bottom line but also aligns with their community-focused aspirations.

Varied Responsibilities: Your role will encompass financial management across a number of diverse revenue streams, providing a unique opportunity to engage with various aspects of the business whilst leading a small team.

Strategic Influence: As a core member of the senior leadership team, your insights will drive positive change and improvements across the organisation.

Your Impact:

• Maintain the integrity of the financial systems and processes.
• Partner with managers to craft budgets, financial forecasts, and capital appraisals.
• Collaborate on the Annual Financial Cycle.
• Ensure compliance with all financial, legislative, and audit regulations.
• Champion effective cash flow management to uphold financial viability.
• Foster an empowered Finance Team, driving motivation and performance.
• Liaise with internal auditors to enhance financial operations and controls.
• Craft reports for leadership and engage with events teams.

Your Experience:

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent with expertise in financial analysis, management reporting, and budgeting.
• Able to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and work alongside teams to understand operational challenges
