Are you an experienced Finance professional looking for an exciting new opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative team? We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to take on the role of Financial Controller covering Corporate Support Functions. You will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and developing strategies to improve financial performance.

This role sits within the Commercial Services team and offers hybrid working with a combination of home and office working and will be based at Farnborough office.

You will partner with business management, working closely with CFOs & Function Heads, planning and delivering the forecasts and budgets for our support functions. Leading a team you will coordinate activities across country and business boundaries ensuring individual contributors within the team meet the timelines and quality expectations of our customers.

This is a highly visible role and as such requires someone with the drive, ambition and organisational awareness to ensure best in class communication, processes and accuracy in our activities.

In addition to business partnering with our customers, you will also be a key player in ensuring the growth of the team\xe2\x80\x99s service offering, maximising our effectiveness in identifying the needs of our customers and providing solutions that match these needs.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll make an impact by:

• Provide excellent business partnering to our customers including CFOs and Heads of Function providing valuable support and advice
• Lead planning activities with a focus on supporting our customers\xe2\x80\x99 strategic and tactical objectives and providing clear and impactful communications throughout the process
• Manage and coordinate the submissions to our reporting tools for monthly closing, forecast and budget across P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
• Ensure strict adherence to our internal control framework
• As a domain expert, support the team on more complex and ad hoc financial and business administration topics
• Embrace change and leverage the latest digital tools to transform our processes. Utilise the strength of our delivery teams to maximise efficiency
• Develop our service offering working closely with new and existing customers to deliver solutions that meet the changing needs of their business
• Lead and develop a team of Finance Business Partners
• Lead ad hoc projects within the team and for our customers ensuring customer first and one team approach

You\xe2\x80\x99re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

• Qualified CIMA/ACCA/qualified by experience
• Proven ability to communicate and influence stakeholders
• Desire to enhance your leadership skills and work as part of a team
• Requirement for travel to Farnborough office on regular basis
• Experienced in SAP ERP systems is desirable
• Understanding of global accounting guidelines and principles is desirable
