Role Overview

As Financial Controller, you will play a key role in overseeing the financial health of the business, supporting strategic decisions, and ensuring robust financial governance across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage monthly and annual reporting cycles

Conduct contract and project reviews to support decision-making and financials

Oversee cash flow, working capital, and financial risk

Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

Support departmental managers with financial insights and performance tracking

Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and controls

What We're Looking For

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)

1-5 years' experience in a senior finance role, ideally within FM, construction, or engineering sectors

Strong analytical and communication and IT skills

Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools

A collaborative mindset and commitment to operational excellence
