Job Description

A Financial Controller (Management) to support internal business decisions by preparing financial information and analysing performance. This will include working closely with the Managing Director in creating budgets, forecasting, controlling costs, and preparing reports for shareholders / NED's.

Key responsibilities

Financial analysis and reporting:


Leading the Accounts team in particular Bookeeper / Office Manager to prepare monthly Accounts to evaluate performance, generate management reports, and communicate financial insights to non-financial managers.

Budgeting and forecasting:


Prepare budgets and forecasts to look at variance analysis in comparing actual results against the budget.

Cost control:


Monitor spending, allocate financial resources effectively, and identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Costing


Provide financial input to new business costings to ensure properly priced with expected profit margins. Ensure there is a management costing system which provide monthly costing info per contract measured against Budgeted.

Performance measurement:


Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress toward business goals.

Financial systems:


Establish and maintain financial policies and management information systems.

Management Reporting:


Attend monthly Board Meetings to report financial performance to the Directors .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 38,479.08-40,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
