Job Description

Individual Restaurants operates 34 premium restaurants across the UK, including Piccolino, Restaurant Bar & Grill, RivaBlu and Forbici. We're growing and looking for a talented Financial Controller to join our head office team in Manchester.

The Role:

Reporting to the Finance Director, you'll be responsible for delivering accurate, timely financial reporting and maintaining strong financial controls. You'll oversee management accounts, statutory reporting and audit preparation, while driving improvements in processes and reporting quality.


This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your own ideas and experience to the role and to develop a rhythm and consistency to the management reporting and overall financial accounting and reporting capability and so will require a positive 'can-do' attitude and an ability to challenge current ways of working where appropriate

What We're Looking For:

Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) Proven experience in financial control and management accounting Skilled in preparing statutory accounts and liaising with auditors Confident communicator with a proactive, hands-on approach Hospitality or multi-site retail experience is desirable but not essential
