Location: Northampton, with some UK travel

Salary: \xc2\xa350,000 - \xc2\xa360,000 + Company Car or Car allowance + Bonus up to \xc2\xa310,000

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded and experienced Financial Controller to assist in the growth and expansion of this successful \xc2\xa330 million turnover engineering business, part of an international group.

As well as Finance, you will also be responsible for Payroll, HR and Company Secretarial matters.

The Right Person

• Ideally be part or fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or qualified by experience.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
• Business acumen with commercial thinking
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
