Job Summary

BearingBoys Ltd are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Controller to oversee all financial operations and ensure the integrity of our accounting processes. You will play a key role in maintaining financial health, supporting business strategy, and driving efficiency across departments.

Duties

Reconcile company accounts and maintain accurate financial records. Manage payroll and pension processes to ensure compliance and timeliness. Prepare and present monthly management accounts and financial statements. Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in collaboration with senior management. Assist senior management in implementing any new financial controls and procedures. Utilise accounting software, including Sage and NetSuite, to manage financial data.

Requirements

Proven experience in a similar financial role. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred. Professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA or CIMA are advantageous. Proficiency with accounting software (Sage and Netsuite experience desirable). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
