The Opportunity

We're looking for a

Financial Controller

to lead our day-to-day finance operations and strengthen our financial foundations as we grow.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive accuracy, build robust processes, and create the clarity that enables confident decision-making.

What You'll Do

Prepare monthly management accounts and board packs Oversee all transactional finance (AP, AR, bank reconciliations, credit control) Lead payroll processing and alignment with HR Own cashflow forecasting and reporting Ensure compliance with statutory filings and deadlines Develop and improve finance and HR controls Drive process improvements to streamline operations Build strong relationships across teams to improve information flow Support audit readiness Mentor and develop finance team colleagues

What You'll Bring

Experience as a Financial Controller or similar senior finance role Strong knowledge of financial operations, controls, and compliance A proactive, detail-focused mindset Confidence using modern finance systems Clear communication and stakeholder management skills Integrity and a commitment to confidentiality Qualified (or part qualified for the right candidate) accountant
