Robert Half Talent Solutions are seeking a Financial Controller for a Manufacturing organisation based in St. Asaph in North Wales.
The role holder will sit on the Site Leadership team to ensure the site achieves its financial budgets, forecast and strategic plan growth targets.
The Financial Controller is part of the senior leadership team responsible for:

Financial reporting to the site leadership team to ensure financial budgets, forecasts are achieved or exceeded and act as a finance business partner.
Oversee the development of the site's budget, forecasts and financial strategic plans.
Ensure the complete and accurate financial accounting and reporting of the site and support the implementation of the financial reporting systems
Introduction of standard costing then ensure standard costs are properly maintained and analysed.
Liaise with the Group's external auditors to provide requested information and explanations to support a smooth and efficient audit of the site.
Ensure foreign currency exposures are identified and mitigated.
Submit tax packs for the site to support the calculation of the Group's UK tax liabilities.
Together with Site leadership develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure the efficient, profitable operation of the site's manufacturing activities.
