Role - Financial Controller Location - Trafford Park Salary - Between \xc2\xa360,000 and \xc2\xa365,000 + additional benefits
Marks Sattin are currently recruiting for an SME manufacturing and distribution business, recently acquired by a larger group, in their search for a Financial Controller to work out of their Trafford Park office on a hybrid working model.
The successful candidate will need to be ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified with a strong academic background. Exposure to working within a manufacturing/logistics/retail environment would be a distinct advantage as would any exposure to working with stock. Excellent staff management skills are crucial as is the ability to work to tight deadlines. Key duties for the Financial Controller role will involve:
- Lead on all month end accounting procedures
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Cashflow analysis
- Profit and loss analysis
- Stock management
- Business partner with the operational team
- Work closely with the wider finance team
- Improvement of processes and systems
- Management of the finance team
