This is an exciting opportunity for a progressive senior finance professional looking to make a meaningful impact within a fast-evolving organisation. The role is conveniently located in the South Truro area, close to the A30.

45-55DOE+ hybrid working

Key duties as Financial Controller will include:

Manage month end processes Complete the monthly consolidation process and produce monthly reviews of the Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Prepare financial models Plan, prepare and support the Annual Audit Process Maintain a rolling cash flow forecast and ensure the business continues to maintain very healthy cash balances Support and review monthly Payroll Sales reporting Support the long-standing Finance Assistant Support budgeting and performance management Maintain the Fixed Asset Register

To excel in this Financial Controller role, you will need the following key attributes, skills, and qualifications:

ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified or studying towards relevant qualifications

Extensive experience acquired within a similar role

Proven ability to implement and manage robust financial controls to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and drive operational efficiency

Commercially minded and results-driven
