Key Responsibilities
You'll take on a strategic finance leadership role during a crucial phase of development for ECW. This new post supports our aim to build a strong financial foundation for any new structures resulting from the process.
As Financial Controller, you'll ensure financial processes and governance are robust, forward-looking, and adaptable to change. You'll also play a key role in transferring financial functions and embedding organisational memory, supporting a smooth transition into new governance models.
Key responsibilities include:
Designing and embedding financial systems and controls across the ECW Group
Leading financial planning and analysis aligned with organisational goals
Driving improvements in processes, procurement, and compliance
Supporting governance, risk management and political accountability
Leading the finance workstream for any structural changes
