As a Financial Crime Data Architect at Barclays, where you will contribute to the definition and delivery of data architecture that supports our financial crime initiatives. You'll work on the design of shared data environments, data models, and data standards to help ensure data is accurate, secure and readily available for both business and regulatory purposes.
To be successful as a Financial Crime Data Architect, you should have experience with:
Previous experience in designing and implementing data architectures, with a focus on complex data environments and data models, particularly within financial crime, risk, or compliance domains.
Understanding of financial crime regulations (Anti Money Laundering, Know Your Customer, Sanctions) and how data architecture supports compliance and risk management within these areas is desirable.
Experience with data governance, data quality and data security practices, ensuring the integrity, confidentiality and accessibility of data.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role will be located at our Glasgow, Bournemouth or Knutsford office.
