Join us as a Financial Crime Learning Design Consultant

Financial Crime (FinCrime) Learning & Capability (L&C) are a dedicated specialist learning team, our purpose is that we cultivate skills empowering colleagues to combat Financial Crime In your new role, you'll be developing and delivering engaging learning experiences to support our talent and leadership population across the bank We'll look to you to build critical capabilities, in support of our business objectives and strategy It's a critical and fast paced role, where you'll be able to bring your expertise in learning design to increase the capability of our people You'll work from home some of the time, but you'll also spend at least 2 days per week working from an office or hub

What you'll do

As a Learning Design Consultant, you'll design and develop learning and development interventions, delivering creative and engaging solutions that meet the needs of our business and increase the capability of our people. You'll need to make sure that curriculum learning is developed in line with agreed frameworks, governance and policy, and that it reflects new insights for the talent and leadership population.


You'll also:

Analyse learning aims and objectives and work with subject matter experts to design solutions that align with these Create detailed course design and materials, in line with agreed timelines, cost and quality Arrange the appropriate piloting and testing of materials with learners to make sure that they meet the needs of our people

The skills you'll need

To be successful in this role, you'll need knowledge of learning and development theories, models and practices. You'll also have experience of the banking industry, regulatory and commercial environment, and we'll expect you to bring an understanding of relevant legal policies, regulations and risk management.


In addition, you'll need:

Knowledge of how to develop learning and development across a range of blended solutions to meet the 70:20:10 model Knowledge of learning management systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively in team settings serving multiple stakeholders * The ability to create project documentation and manage projects
