Play a vital role in Barclays' global strategic Financial Crime programme as a Financial Crime Business Analyst. In this position, you'll be part of the Management Information (MI) & Governance workstream, driving the development of global MI, data and reporting capabilities to enhance oversight and enable data-driven decision-making.
To be successful in the role of a Financial Crime Management Information Business Analyst, you need experience with:
Proven experience in Financial Crime delivery.
Hands-on experience in delivery of strategic MI dashboards (e.g., Tableau), preferably within a Financial Crime context.
Strong skills in detailed requirements gathering and analysis.
Additional skills include:
Experience in automating MI reporting using golden data sources.
A solid understanding of Enterprise Control Frameworks.
Background in Financial Crime risk reporting and oversight.
