This full-time post is available immediately on fixed term basis until 31st December 2025.

Summary of the role
The role is within the Accounts Payable Team in the Finance Operations Department within PS Connect at the University of Exeter. The Finance Operations strategy encompasses cross-functional working and a continuous improvement ethos, encouraging feedback to increase efficiencies, drive innovation, and promote a positive and empowered work environment.
As a member of the team, key areas that you will be responsible for are the processing of invoices, responding to queries, ensuring timely payments to suppliers, employees, and students, monthly expense audits, processing of adhoc payment forms and a wide range of other key financial processes. You will work closely with multiple individuals across various teams within the University in delivering exceptional service to all stakeholders.
About You
We are seeking to appoint a highly organised, meticulous, confident, experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join our team. You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. You will be confident working independently but must have experience of working collaboratively and proactively in a team to deliver multiple objectives while processing high volumes and maintaining high service standards.
You will be looking to take on a rewarding role where your finance expertise and skills will be utilised in a busy environment as part of a diverse, proactive, and positive operational team.
