We are looking to hear from candidates who have a genuine interest in Administration, have excellent communication skills.

You will be employed as Financial Planning Assistant so will have a strong desire to work with numbers As well as receiving continued training and mentoring by the company, the successful candidate will undertake a Modern Apprenticeship in Business Administration. You will work towards the achievement of a national industry-recognized Business Administration Diploma (SCQF 6). You will be supported throughout your apprentice journey by a dedicated GP Strategies Assessor as well as a Mentor from the business

Upon completion of the Apprenticeship Programme, there will be career progression opportunities for you as well as further scope for training and development within the company.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:



Processing client information accurately across all internal and external systems

Prepare and draft client emails and letters for Advisers in line with agree timescales

Attend client meetings, take notes and follow up by drafting letters

Keep database up to date changing client plans as and when required

Prepare documents for client reviews

New business tracked from outset to completion.

Provide support to senior administrators with rapid admin cover, as required.

Provide cover for reception and answer external calls when required.

You will be:

You will have a minimum of National 5 English, National 5 Maths

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 20,500.00 per year
