Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date and organised.
Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare reports and presentations using Intelligent Office and other relevant software.
Organise meetings, including scheduling appointments and preparing meeting materials.
Provide general administrative support to various departments as required.
Skills
Proficient in MS Office suite and other office software applications.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Experience with Xero is an advantage but not essential.
Experience in working within a financial services environment, preferably at Wealth management/IFA level Is preferred.
Experience using Intelligent Office back office system is a strong advantage.
Experience using investment platforms such as Abrdn WRAP is preferred but not essential.
Basic understanding of financial services products such as ISA's and pensions is an advantage.
Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong clerical skills including filing, typing, and document management.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
