AOCG Limited is seeking a Financial Project Manager for a 12-month project to build a modern, scalable, and fully integrated financial framework for the organisation. The role requires strong expertise in
financial systems design, digital workflows, multi-currency processes, and cross-functional integration
. The selected candidate will lead the end-to-end setup of AOCG's financial structure, ensuring seamless connectivity across CRM, accounting platforms, and branch operations.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement a
digitally driven financial architecture
integrating CRM, accounting software, and operational workflows.
Establish structured processes for
university commission receivables
,
agent and referral payouts
, and all income streams including consultancy and service fees--tracked student-wise, country-wise, university-wise, and agent-wise.
Build an accurate and automated
commission claim and settlement system
to ensure transparency, speed, and audit readiness.
Develop workflows for end-to-end
financial transaction management
, including reconciliation, validation, and reporting.
Consolidate accounts across all branches and create
real-time reporting dashboards
offering individual branch and consolidated financial insights.
Introduce
cost optimisation strategies
, financial controls, and budget models to strengthen profitability.
Work with leadership to design a
forward-looking financial strategy
, incorporating digital solutions, automation, and operational efficiencies.
Implement scalable, technology-aligned financial processes that support growth across regions.
Ensure compliance with UK financial standards and internal governance practices.
Requirements
Strong background in
financial systems, digital finance, payments, or multi-currency transaction environments
.
Proven experience integrating CRM tools with accounting systems and building automated financial workflows.
Experience managing multi-region financial structures or cross-border financial processes is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and technical problem-solving abilities, with a track record of modernising or digitalising financial operations.
Ability to lead projects independently, manage timelines, and deliver high-impact solutions.
Excellent communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, technology, and management).
Background in financial product development, payments strategy, or digital transformation is a strong plus.
Engineering or technical understanding of system design and integration preferred.
