Financial Reporting Lead

Are you a skilled professional with expertise in OneStream looking to make an impact? ADF London is seeking a dedicated Financial Reporting Lead to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for our diverse projects and international entities.

Role Overview:

As the Financial Reporting Lead, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our financial reports, consolidations, and management reporting. Your responsibilities will include preparing and delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, conducting account reconciliations and variance analysis, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external reporting standards. Additionally, you will lead consolidation processes using OneStream, support financial planning activities, and implement financial controls to uphold data accuracy.

Key Requirements:

- 2-5 years of experience in financial reporting within an international or project-based setting

- Proficiency in OneStream with implementation or advanced user experience

- Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)

- Fluency in French is a +

- Advanced Excel skills for handling complex financial data

- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail

- Ability to articulate financial information clearly to diverse stakeholders

- Proactive mindset focused on process improvement

- Organised, deadline-driven, and adept at managing multiple priorities
