Job Description


On the lookout for two strong administration candidates with experience in financial services ideally, who are available immediately or on a short notice period, willing to take on a 12 month fixed term contract.

As Financial Services Administrator, you will be part of a large operations function within the fees administration team, and be responsible for:

  • Managing high volumes of financial data
  • Setting up new accounts and transferring in cash and stock, as well as reconciling cash and stock accounts
  • Settling transactions across various markets, applying fees
  • Providing portfolio valuations
  • Escalating any issues as and when required to senior management in a timely manner
  • Taking ownership for your personal and professional development
  • Carrying out all other administrative tasks in line with company procedures
  • Identifying continuous improvements in working practices
  • Providing an excellent client service, in line with expectations and keeping all stakeholders updated
  • Supporting delivery of projects where appropriate
  • Understanding team goals and relationship to wider company processes
  • Supporting wider team members when required from time to time

As Financial Services Administrator, you must have:
  • Experience ideally in a financial services administration role or a graduate who is looking to break into the industry
  • Wealth management background would be preferable but not essential
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise effectively
  • Strong team player with ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong customer service mindset
